LillestrømEiendom AS was founded in 2022, when we saw a growing need to support smaller property owners and tenants in the Lillestrøm region.
Our knowledge of the area means we can help property owners manage their properties well and safely.
We also see a growing need to help small and medium-sized businesses find the right premises, sign new leases or renegotiate existing ones. Our knowledge can help you potentially improve your lease.

Your adviser
From the fuse box to the boardroom.
Tom Erik is the managing director and owner. He makes the strategic decisions and has solid expertise in operating and letting commercial property.
He has seven years of experience as an electrician and twelve years in property operations and letting in Romerike — at most operating and managing 55,000 m² of property from Furuset to Eidsvoll.
His work has included renegotiating lease and service agreements, checking that a property has the agreements a commercial building requires, renovation, and drawing up maintenance plans with cost frameworks.
